My passion is to support you on your journey to discover your best self. I believe that you are the creator of your own reality—free from judgment and limitations, and open to infinite possibilities. My goal is to help you cultivate a life filled with peace, harmony, and abundance.
A little about me: Originally from Acapulco, Mexico, I have spent the past 18 years living in Sherwood Park, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
My life has been an emotional rollercoaster since childhood, as I identify within the neurodivergent spectrum. The term “neurodivergent” was introduced in the 1990s to promote acceptance of individuals with autism and other neurological differences, including depression, ADHD, dyslexia, and many others. My thought process is unique, often racing with ideas from the moment my day begins!
AccessConsciousness® and its transformative tools have played a significant role in my mental health journey, enabling me to live with greater vision and focus. By embracing my emotional challenges, I have shifted from drama and trauma to a space of acceptance, kindness, ease, joy, and glory. This approach continues to invite me to live in the question and recognize the power of choice, opening the door to infinite possibilities.
My intention is to help you remember your own power and, most importantly, your ability to choose—to become the alchemist of your new self. By letting go of judgments, beliefs, labels, and limitations, you can welcome the wonderful being that you are and embrace the magical opportunities available through AccessConsciousness®.
